At PranaGlow, every order is prepared with care and intention. From formulation to packaging, we take pride in delivering your ritual safely and thoughtfully. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Where We Ship

At this time, PranaGlow ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order Preparation

Orders are carefully packed and prepared within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

During new product releases or higher volume periods, preparation times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier. While we partner with reliable national carriers, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high-volume carrier periods, operational disruptions, or other events beyond our control. Once your order is scanned and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. PranaGlow is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps before contacting us: check with neighbors or household members, verify the delivery address on your order, and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, marked as delivered by the carrier, or delayed due to carrier operations. Refunds or replacements are not issued for delivery issues outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. PranaGlow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, please contact us at hello@pranaglow.com to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pranaglow.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging.

If transit damage is verified, we will issue a replacement. We do not issue refunds for transit damage — verified damaged items are replaced only.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders move quickly into fulfillment to ensure timely delivery. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order at hello@pranaglow.com
