Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all PranaGlow items are personal care and beauty products intended for external use.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

What We Cannot Accept

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The product has been used, even once
  • The product has been partially used
  • The product has been used for several days or weeks

Because our products are applied directly to the skin and scalp, opened items cannot be restocked or resold. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing at hello@pranaglow.com

Allergic Reactions and Sensitivity

PranaGlow products contain plant oils, botanical extracts, and essential oils. Even natural ingredients may cause irritation or sensitivity in some individuals.

We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing and performing a patch test before full application. If you have any concerns about compatibility with your skin or scalp, please reach out before placing your order.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list prior to purchase
  • You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your skin or scalp
  • You assume all risk associated with product use

Due to hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been opened or used, including in cases of allergic reaction, irritation, or personal sensitivity.

Patch Test Recommendation

Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours to observe for any reaction before full use.

If irritation, redness, itching, or discomfort occurs:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Cleanse the area
  • Seek medical advice if necessary

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pranaglow.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a glass bottle is broken during transit and verified by photo evidence, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for transit damage — verified damaged items are replaced only.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Major service disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Any events beyond our reasonable control

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for shipping delays or non-delivery events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment begins.

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued only in the following limited circumstances:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order
  • A duplicate payment was processed
  • A damaged product is verified and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
