Returning a subscription order does not automatically pause or cancel future deliveries. Please manage your subscription separately through your customer account or contact us before your next scheduled billing date.

Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically requires an additional 3–7 business days,
depending on destination. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves our studio.

We want you to feel confident trying PranaGlow. Eligible products purchased directly from PranaGlow.com may be returned within 21 calendar days of delivery, even if gently used as part of a reasonable product trial.

Yes. Our hair oil is formulated without sulfates, harsh detergents, or stripping agents, making it compatible with color-treated, relaxed, keratin-treated, and chemically processed hair.

In fact, many customers with chemically processed hair find our oil especially beneficial for restoring moisture and supporting scalp health between treatments. As always, we recommend a patch test before first use.
